Shipping
We process orders as quickly as possible, but some orders may take up to 5 days to process. We will email you if this processing time is longer.
Custom pieces will ship once they are complete.
You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and one of a kind nature of our offerings, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please email info@shopeast.co with any questions about our offerings.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your goods arrive damaged, you are required to take photos of the box and packaging, as well as the damaged items and email within 48 hrs.
